Meet Rosemary
Rosemary Education Foundation was inspired by and named after Rosemary Yenge Ndi, who demonstrated through her own life, as a mother, educator and a teacher, the transforming power of both child and adult education in transforming the life trajectory of families and communities.
For over 25 years, REF has believed that— especially in developing countries— education is critical to enabling young people to achieve their potential and contribute to their communities and to the world.
Education changes the outlook, expectations and possibilities for young people. It all starts with focusing on giving a child a chance to be in school, stay in school, and learn about the opportunities available to them after graduation.
